The excellence of Made in Italy signed by Franco Stefani has introduced a revolutionary innovation in the technological and stylistic field into the world of design: Laminam. In 2001, the engineer and expert in the ceramic industry patented the porcelain stoneware slabs, belonging to the ceramic family, with the aim of creating a refined, versatile and resistant material, perfect for responding positively to your architectural and design projects furniture.
Characteristics and advantages of Laminam
The numerous color variations of Laminam want to pay homage to the natural beauties that inspire them, such as the grandeur of marble and the delicacy of silk, the warmth of wood and the richness of precious fabrics.
The versatility of the textures is accompanied by the versatility of use: suitable for covering interior environments, such as walls and floors, creating elegant and luxurious furnishing elements, but not only. The ceramic slabs, whose strength lies in the ability to blend a style with a great aesthetic impact and an impotent robustness, guarantee excellent performance even in outdoor environments, exposed to atmospheric agents, molds and scratches of all kinds.
Entirely made with natural materials, Laminam is an environmentally friendly material: thanks to the possibility of being recycled and reused according to various needs, it helps to improve the ecological impact and sensitivity towards the territory.
Laminam and home furnishings: how to make things fit together?
The best architects and designers have included Laminam within the most ambitious projects. The material is embedded inside every room: from the living space, to the sleeping area, to the kitchen; but, above all, it is exploited for the construction of the most varied elements and furnishing accessories: countertops, tops, furniture, fireplaces and so on to infinity.
Magazines, blogs and interior design sites offer interesting solutions and inspirations to recreate the atmosphere that best suits your home project. It doesn’t matter if you want to surround yourself with a modern, vintage, classic or noir environment, Laminam has the advantage of adapting, in shapes and chrome, with functionality and class, to every style, characterizing and defining it further.
Among the most welcomed tips, can be counted as fascinating: the innovative kitchen top, entirely made of Laminam and guaranteeing hygiene and resistance to scratches and high temperatures; or the models of washbasins that border on shapes and sizes.
But beware of shots! being also thin, it can be very delicate in the kitchen.
Each item, based on the chosen lines and chrome plating, allows you to create any atmosphere, perhaps playing with the combination of other materials.
The versatility of Laminam lends itself to the creation of functional, fascinating and eclectic objects which, if well calibrated, can give life to surprising results. In some cases, even a simple piece of furniture can become the real protagonist of the environment, giving character and uniqueness to the whole.
In the images of this project of mine, what has been said becomes clear: the Laminam table, with a rectangular shape, the texture in statuary marble and black feet, is the undisputed highlight of a modern, minimal, but very welcoming living space.
The element, further enhanced by the combination with the chairs, whose color recalls the gray veins of the porcelain top, fills the room with elegance and distinction. Furthermore, the table blends into the context by harmonizing the play of color between black and white, the leitmotif of the design choices, and helping to add light and breadth to the space.
