Photorealistic renders uses are many and can be very useful in selling a home because they have the beauty of being able to show what the mind can only imagine.
Not everyone is able to see the potential of an apartment that is presented on paper or visited in person. Photorealistic renders show rooms under another garment, and always in a real way. Obviously, there is no point in distorting reality through render: reality has to be presented for what it is, developing a project that is feasible and can be appreciable from the range of customers to which the apartment is addressed.
This is exactly the case with some of the last renders I’ve made, both for two different apartments for sale and that the client decided to present through photorealistic renders to make it clear to potential customers how to take advantage of space, how to develop the kitchen and the dining area, stinging spot in each apartment.
It is not about giving furniture advice but giving life to the potential of the property. It is also obvious that even live presentation of the apartment is paramount! That’s why it’s helpful to make a Home Staging service, which, in my case, is a stage that my client is already looking after by herself.
But despite the Home Staging …
… the first apartment, of which you see the following photos, remained unsold.
The main criticisms were addressed to the living room, which seemed too small, and the problem to not to understand how the kitchen could be orginized. For this reason the render was created only for the living area with open kitchen. What do you think about your first impression?
While for the second apartment…
… however, the customer wants to present it with the furniture you see in the following render. The render phase was then preceded by a timely choice of furnishings, which then my customer will really buy. Think that at the moment the apartment has only tiles on the floors!
So I think that photorealistic renders present the house in preview and can stimulate interest in deepening. In my opinion it’s also important to insert furnishings that the final clients could really buy!
